Ever since I purchased a home, one of my goals was to build a vehicle work area which was suitable enough to preform most maintenance tasks. I have finally reached that point, for the most part.
Earlier this year, I began thinking that my vehicle repairs would make for good stories on this blog. Why not right? In any case, I have added a few such stories over the Summer. There are more to come! For as we all know, vehicles are always in need of repair.
The photo above shows a decent amount of the work area in my garage. I have many tools to get the job done, as well as ample lighting. I also plan on installing a ceiling mounted heater for winter operation. What you do not see in the photo is my welding and sandblasting 'nook'. I am capable of welding most types of steel, but I tend to avoid galvanized metal.
For the record, I will gladly help and assist with any friends or family who wish to have any manner of vehicle repair done. Just bring it over, and we will work on it together. Ideally we will be able to get any parts needed ahead of time, but if not, there is a 24 hour parts store nearby. :)
